Synopsis: The moving image <-> the body in motion. A one minute trapeze routine is transformed into an elementary stage trick, a music box automaton and a kaleidoscopic carousel. This is where slight-of-hand meets spectacle and circus becomes cinema.
Inhalt: Das bewegte Bild – der bewegte Körper. Eine einminütige Routineübung auf dem Trapez wird umgewandelt in einen elementaren Bühnentrick, eine Musikbox und ein kaleidoskopisches Karussell. Das ist die Grenze, an der zierliche Hände zum Schauspiel werden und Zirkus zum Kino wird.

Synopsis: Towards the end of the 18th century, artists from Florence reproduced in wax bodies that had been dissected by surgeons. In a symetrical way, “Petite anatomie” features images through cuts, grafts, dissections. The result is a mixture of strange creatures.
Inhalt: Gegen Ende des 18. Jahrhunderts fertigen Künstler Wachs-Kopien von Körpern, die zuvor von Chirurgen aufgeschnitten wurden. Auf ganz eigene Art und Weise liefert “Petite anatomie” ein kaleidoskopische Bilderfahrt.

Synopsis: Rosa H. Ziegler shows a portrait of her father who lives isolated in his room. He spends all his time there, inside, with no contact to other people and uncompromisingly following his addiction – smoking. His room becomes a cave, a retreat, where rules or something similar do not exist anymore. The film shows in a dark, dreamy and wistful atmosphere the life of an old man who is addicted to nicotine and who lives in his own “dream world”.

Synopsis: This is a story about a bunch of stupid greedy people in a parallel universe, not too dissimilar to ours. We open on two men hunting. Suddenly, they spot a beautiful object flying in the sky; one of the men is struck by it as it falls to earth. It’s a small shiny cube that makes really nice sounds. This sets off a very particular chain of events, which ultimately reveal the true nature of the people who live there.
